I had my 2013 Escape repaired at the body shop after a driver ran a stop sign. Cody and the staff were constantly there for any questions or concerns. I am fairly new to the area and did know anywhere to take my vehicle. They were recommended to me and I saw good reviews. Needless to say I am very happy that I went with the team there. The repairs were done so well you can't tell there was ever damage. My vehicle had $10,000 worth of damage. I would highly recommend the crew at the shop for any repairs. Very happy and all smiles here! I just had some more work done on the roof where the paint was failing. Looks brand new now! Great job as always!

The oil light and engine light came on and I immediately headed for my Alton Blakely Service Department! The car was looked at right away and found to be an oil leak. They repaired the problem, did an oil change and sent me on my way with an appointment for a re-call service for next week. THAT is Super Service. Being elderly and handicapped, I appreciate all of the great service they always give me.

Updated 09/29/22: I still go to Alton Blakely Honda for vehicles and service. Alton Blakley Honda staff are always great to deal with. Brian, Adam, David and Gary are all great to deal with in service. My sales rep, Chase Dobbs, always works to exceed expectations when my family is looking for another vehicle. We have already financed two vehicles from Chase. David Gumm is another great reason to give AB Honda a try. Bill back in parts is great to work with. Bill knows his parts. His customer service skills are great as well. I would highly recommend you give Alton Blakley Honda a call today for service and selection of vehicles. They are awesome.

Absolutely fantastic, I was having problems with my 2020 F150, I had reached out to several other Dealers to try to remedy the issue but they were all 2-3 months out on appointments. Josh at Alton Blakely Ford answered my call and said it was not a problem and had a a simple remedy, If I came to the dealership he would verify the issue and squeeze me in because it was a simple fix if I could wait for it about an hour. Just as stated by Josh, my truck was done in an hour and he was correct about the repair, it is fixed. Thank you Josh for the extra time taken to hear about my needs for my vehicle. I will be back again.

My experience with Alton Blakely Honda was excellent as usual. This is my third car with them. They always have sales people who are friendly, cheerful and respectful of your needs. I really believe a dealership should provide a drive through service like Quickly Lube. That being said I really dislike having to make an appointment 2-3 days out before getting an oil change. Besides that Alton Blakley service is pretty awesome.

The service department here is top notch, with two pull right up inside service lanes, where I was greeted by a service advisor Josh with a smile. The whole department is clean, modern and professional. Josh took my vehicle right in and had me out the door with a complimentary shuttle ride back to my hotel all in less then ten minutes. It was a smooth, efficient and stress free experience. I dropped the vehicle off (2015 Ford Transit Connect) on a Friday afternoon and got a call back Monday morning with a diagnosis of the problem and an estimate for the repair, no delays, no upselling, just an honest straightforward diagnosis of the exact problem. I was back in the drivers seat by Monday afternoon with the correct repair made and no additional mark ups or add ons. I use the vehicle for work all over the country and have dealt with many Ford dealerships for service, I have to say I was extremely impressed and happy with the whole experience from Josh and the service team at Alton Blakley for such a hassle free, quick, accurate and professional experience start to finish. Thanks again guys for getting me back to work so quickly.

After having a crazy problem with my hatch refusing to open, Adam and the guys in the service department figured out the problem and got me back on the road. Adam went above and beyond what could be expected to make sure everything was fixed correctly and that I was happy. We had an outstanding experience with Alton Blakley Honda helping my mother-in-law after her Toyota RAV4 was totaled by an unlicensed driver. She considered several different small SUVs before deciding on a Honda CR-V Hybrid, but the color she wanted was not in stock. Scott Gulock, David Gumm, and Chase Dobbs truly went above and beyond. Instead of trying to push her into something else, they tracked down the exact vehicle she wanted through a dealer trade, sent a driver, and had the car there the very same day. That level of customer service is rare. Not only did they find the perfect vehicle, but they also gave her a better deal than anything we could find from larger big-city dealers. The entire process was quick, easy, transparent, and completely stress-free. No dealer games. No surprises. On top of that, they helped her qualify for a Honda conquest promotion because she owned a Toyota RAV4, which saved her an additional $1,200 beyond the already excellent deal they gave her. This was one of the best car-buying experiences our family has ever had. Huge thanks again to Scott, David, and Chase for taking such great care of her. We had Drew who is new to the area to assist us in our car buying process. He was very knowledgeable and patient and ensured that we had the best experience as well as getting us the best deal. My foster son is very young and I was worried about his options. I was also concerned about someone taking advantage. I just purchased a new Honda CRV a few weeks ago. My back passenger door was closed but the alert and light continuously was going off. I went to Alton Blakley service without an appointment just to see if there was something I was overlooking. They came out immediately and had me to pull into the garage out of the rain. They worked on the door and noticed it needed a new piece replaced. They ordered the piece, replaced it and offered me a ride to work all within 24 hours!! I did not purchase this vehicle at this Honda dealer. I have never been treated so well at a car service center!!! I don’t remember the two gentleman’s names who took care of me but I hope they know how much I appreciated them on that particular day. This is my first ever Google review, that’s how special they made me feel!!

I won’t have the words to describe my gratitude toward Alton Blakey. I’m from TN but live in FL now and on our way back from a trip our Honda Odyssey broke down near Alton Blakley so it was towed there. From the moment I have been in contact with them, they have been kind, courteous, and helpful. Honda as a company (nothing to do with Alton Blakley) didn’t want to fix our transmission that was under warranty. However, the hero for our family, David Caldwell, worked with them and somehow got Honda to replace the transmission after they said they wouldn’t. He was a true answer to a prayer - people like Mr. Caldwell are rare. He didn’t know us and didn’t have to care but he took it upon his self to share our burden. It could have been an awful situation for our family not having the funds to fix something Honda should have but he came though clutch and saved our family in more ways than I care to share. People like David are the good in the world and what make places like Alton Blakley somewhere we would shop for a car for even if we are states away. The local FL Toyota dealership where we bought the Honda could have cared less and didn’t do anything to be helpful. We will forever be grateful and 100% recommend this place for your business because they can be trusted, they care, and will do what’s right.

Rodney went way beyond expectations to help me out! I went back today for a recall on my Maverick and a second routine service. All was great again.
