I was extremely impressed with the prompt and courteous service received from all I encountered during the routine maintenance service at Alton Blakley Ford/Lincoln dealership in Somerset, Ky. on my most recent visit. This dealership has never let me down. The thorough car wash the Lincoln received was the icing on the cake. It gleamed!! Five stars!!

Just tripped 1k on our brand new, 23 Honda CRV from Alton Blakely Honda! Chris Todd was great, the finance department was wonderful, and everyone was patient, and knowledgeable answering my hundreds of questions. Never felt pressured, and they went above and beyond to make us happy with our buying experience. We’ll definitely be returning!

I had a nail in my tire ask them if they can get it done for me by 4 PM I had somewhere I had to go at that time. They said they would try 30 minutes later at 3 o’clock. They called me and said they had it ready. Extremely good customer service. They were very friendly and exceeded my expectations.

My Salesman Chase Willis was really helpful in a vehicle that I was looking for. He found me a 2016 Ford Edge SUV in excellent condition and super low miles at reasonable price. Everyone I spoke at Alton Blakely was helpful and respectful. They even helped me find a place to finance that was within my budget. I would recommend anyone looking or needing a vehicle to go to Alton Blakely and check it out.

These gentlemen were awesome. My husband was out of town. I had an early morning doctor appointment. Of course me being always on the late side of everything was running late. I try to start my car nothing. The lights are blinking all over the dash. I’m panicking of course thinking where is my husband when I need him. I call the dealership Alton Blakley Honda thinking maybe I had pushed a button did something wrong maybe they could tell me what to do over the phone. I talked to Austin in service I explained what I could he had me send him pictures of the lights on the dash flashing. No help there. He ask to face time me if ok so he could see dash himself. We did this. Finally got the lights to stops flashing. Austin decided the battery was dead not enough charge to start but had been strong enough to sound warnings. Then completely died. Austin had someone come to my house the car was in the garage no way to jump start even if my neighbors had been home. The Honda representative brought a machine not like anything I ever saw, but it did the job charge my battery got my car started. Austin had offered to provide me a car to drive to my drs appointment while they checked out my car. However, I had canceled that appointment due too the nervous state I was in. So I requested to follow the representative to dealership to get new battery. He waited while I locked up everything and proceeded to follow him. At the dealership someone in service I not know who replaced my batter Austin reset my phone electronics history etc for me. I was on my way feeling secure that could go where I needed to go while my husband visited his family in South Carolina. I was able to keep that appointment with my doctor that afternoon as well. I called after leaving with my new battery installed and they worked me in at 2:09 that afternoon. Thank you so much. To the gentlemen that was so nice and helpful. Who fixed my problem and did not make me feel so short of knowledge (stupid) when trying to help me I appreciate you more than you know. Wish more people in the world of service, regardless of what the business is, was as kind and helpful as you were to me.

I purchased a new Ford F150 through Alton Blakley in April 2023. I had the pleasure to have Chase Willis as my sales associate. He was extremely receptive to all my needs and worked with me to get the best deal for me. He continues to follow up after I took possession of my new truck and is very receptive to any needs. My last couple of trips they have not done as good a job. My hubcaps were not put on correctly after a brake job and this last visit a battery cover was left off. It's like the jobs were rushed and details not double checked. I did mention the hubs but they were not corrected. The battery cover I didn't notice until after I had left. Now I have to call on Monday because I had a battery replaced and my keypad door opener is not unlocking door. I live 50 miles away.

Service is great. I was very disappointed that they discontinued use of credit cards. Makes me consider taking work elsewhere. I understand the reasoning but also must determine my personal finances as well. Since we purchased our 2006 Odyssey I can count on one hand when others have done work.

I had a very pleasant experience today. I had a 60,000 mile check-up. I feel they were honest about their findings because the brakes, tires and other items were satisfactory. Fluids and filters were replaced. I was treated with respect and the work was done in a timely manner.

I had to take my truck in for my annual service Alton Blakeley Ford Dealership sent some one to pick up my vehicle and left me with a new SUV to use and 2 hours later brought my truck back and because I had the Ford pass app it was free. I found the staff at Alton Blakley body shop to be thoroughly professional in every way. My appointment was scheduled for 1/2/2023. I dropped the car off early & they said they would work it in. We had an outstanding experience with Alton Blakley Honda helping my mother-in-law after her Toyota RAV4 was totaled by an unlicensed driver. She considered several different small SUVs before deciding on a Honda CR-V Hybrid, but the color she wanted was not in stock. Scott Gulock, David Gumm, and Chase Dobbs truly went above and beyond. Instead of trying to push her into something else, they tracked down the exact vehicle she wanted through a dealer trade, sent a driver, and had the car there the very same day. That level of customer service is rare. Not only did they find the perfect vehicle, but they also gave her a better deal than anything we could find from larger big-city dealers. The entire process was quick, easy, transparent, and completely stress-free. No dealer games. No surprises. On top of that, they helped her qualify for a Honda conquest promotion because she owned a Toyota RAV4, which saved her an additional $1,200 beyond the already excellent deal they gave her. This was one of the best car-buying experiences our family has ever had. Huge thanks again to Scott, David, and Chase for taking such great care of her. We had Drew who is new to the area to assist us in our car buying process. He was very knowledgeable and patient and ensured that we had the best experience as well as getting us the best deal. My foster son is very young and I was worried about his options. I was also concerned about someone taking advantage. Drew was able to explain everything to him so my son knew what he was getting himself and was also very good at communicating the options to me as well so we both felt comfortable. I just purchased a new Honda CRV a few weeks ago. My back passenger door was closed but the alert and light continuously was going off. I went to Alton Blakley service without an appointment just to see if there was something I was overlooking. They came out immediately and had me to pull into the garage out of the rain. They worked on the door and noticed it needed a new piece replaced. They ordered the piece, replaced it and offered me a ride to work all within 24 hours!! I did not purchase this vehicle at this Honda dealer. I have never been treated so well at a car service center!!! I don’t remember the two gentleman’s names who took care of me but I hope they know how much I appreciated them on that particular day. This is my first ever Google review, that’s how special they made me feel!!

I won’t have the words to describe my gratitude toward Alton Blakey. I’m from TN but live in FL now and on our way back from a trip our Honda Odyssey broke down near Alton Blakley so it was towed there. From the moment I have been in contact with them, they have been kind, courteous, and helpful. Honda as a company (nothing to do with Alton Blakley) didn’t want to fix our transmission that was under warranty. However, the hero for our family, David Caldwell, worked with them and somehow got Honda to replace the transmission after they said they wouldn’t. He was a true answer to a prayer - people like Mr. Caldwell are rare. He didn’t know us and didn’t have to care but he took it upon his self to share our burden. It could have been an awful situation for our family not having the funds to fix something Honda should have but he came though clutch and saved our family in more ways than I care to share. People like David are the good in the world and what make places like Alton Blakley somewhere we would shop for a car for even if we are states away. The local FL Toyota dealership where we bought the Honda could have cared less and didn’t do anything to be helpful. We will forever be grateful and 100% recommend this place for your business because they can be trusted, they care, and will do what’s right.

Purchasing a vehicle is never easy, especially while doing so out of state. Our family found the perfect vehicle at Alton Blakley Ford, in the specific trim/model we wanted, from the distance of Florida. My initial inquiry was promptly addressed and I was introduced to Mike Haynes. Mike personally chased down all concerns/inquiries, reassuring we could complete this large purchase remotely from over 600 miles away. The service team always treats me with respect and a friendly attitude. I had not been up the tge shop in about 8 months do to a spinal surgery and was surprised when they remembered I had my surgery and asked how I was doing. They treat you like family and will highly recommend them.

I just purchased a car from Andrew. The process was smooth all the way to conclusion. There was no pressure, tremendous professionalism, and awesome communication and follow up. I am a satisfied customer. I went back for a regular service on my vehicle today. I stopped by the parts department for a clasp I had broken on my bed cover. Rodney went way beyond expectations to help me out! I went back today for a recall on my Maverick and a second routine service. All was great again. I also appreciate the change in the waiting room where I didn’t have to watch or listen to Fox News.
